*Boat length - length of the boat is rounded up to the next foot, i.e., a 20'4" boat is rounded up to 21'. We do not count the outdrive in the length; however, we do count the swim platform, slides, etc that may be extended off the stern or bow of the boat. Add 2' to the overall length for boats with trailers.
A separate storage charge of 1/3 the winter storage rate applies for the months of June, July and August.

Miscellaneous Charges:
A winter work or early out service charge of $75/hr., minimum 1 hr. (includes machine and labor time to get boat out of storage and put back away), applies to boats requested out before April 1, or the official ice out date whichever is later. The service charge also applies to boats that are requested out after April 1st if the boat is brought back to us to be placed back into storage prior to being delivered by Clear Lake Boats or the customer picking up the boat.
After Hours Service Charge - if we are called in after hours to get out a trailer or handle some other type of emergency that can't wait until our normal business hours there is a charge of $75/hour, minimum of $37.50.
Delivery of Personal Watercrafts or boats to any Mason City Dealers...........$50.00 each way.
Description of Cleaning and Detailing Options:
Option #1 General Clean: Hand wash interior and exterior and towel dry. Use mildew remover if necessary in open areas. Clean glass and vacuum the open carpeted areas. Does not include cleaning out or vacuuming storage areas. *30% is added to boats over 8'6" beams and $50 for boats with a tower.
Option #2 Complete Exterior and Interior Detail: We hand clean the exterior and interior. Exterior will be polished to help bring back the gloss of the gel coat, followed up with an application of wax to protect the finish. (Polishing and wax is to the edge of the hull just below the waterline.) The upholstery is cleaned with a special foaming vinyl cleaner for a deep clean. Open carpeted areas will be cleaned with a professional carpet extractor. All storage areas will be wiped out if fiberglass, vacuumed if carpeted (if personal items have been removed). Windows will be cleaned. The outdrive will be cleaned to the best of our abilities to remove the scale and lime deposits. For pontoons, we do no waxing, but we clean the tubes with an aluminum cleaner/brightener. Premier pontoon owners and Bennington owners with Shark Hide: we generally do not acid clean the tubes due to a special factory coating on the tubes: however, if the tubes are badly discolored or have algae building up on them, we can acid clean them, but it will remove the factory wax coating on them. *30% is added to boats over 8'6" beams and $100 for boats with a tower.
*** Boats that are very dirty and /or oxidized may require additional time and cleaning products to get them cleaned. We will give you an estimate first if your boat would require additional cleaning. When the finish is badly oxidized, we may not be able to get the boat back to its original color. Also, it is likely that the boat will oxidize rather quickly again. Additional charge for boats with towers or arch.***
