Clear Lake Boats Loyalty Program
We would like to thank you for being a loyal customer of Clear Lake Boats. Every time you make a purchase at our dealership, whether it be for service done on your boats or lifts, accessories or parts purchases, or major unit purchases, you will instantly receive Loyalty Rewards Points which can be redeemed for use at all of the Clear Lake Boats store locations. There is a cap on points that can be awarded on service work, but there in no cap on points awarded for the purchase of whole good items (hoists, motors, docks, new or used boats or PWC) from Clear Lake Boats. You will earn loyalty points equivalent to 8% of the purchase price on these whole good items.
How it works: If your e-mail is on file, you will automatically be enrolled after your first purchase. You will receive a password to access your account (your username will be the e-mail address on file with us). At that time, you can log on to the Loyalty Program site to view your account and change your password. The web address for future logins can be accessed through the initial e-mail that is sent or by entering the following URL into your web browser: https://portal.dealerdestination.com?LID=76033750 With each subsequent purchase at Clear Lake Boats you will instantly receive an e-mail from the Loyalty System informing you how many points were earned and how to redeem those points. Make sure your e-mail is on file by giving it to anyone at Clear Lake Boats during a purchase or by calling (641) 357-5571. You can opt-out of the program by calling our staff or going online to your account to cancel it.

All sales are final when you use your points. You can only exchange an item if it is the wrong size or damaged, and only for the same item. You cannot bring an item in, return it, and get cash back or the loyalty points added back to your account. You cannot redeem the points for the purchase of already discounted items, gasoline, service or to pay an outstanding bill. The purchase of gasoline, shop supplies, sublet labor, food & beverages, already discounted items, boat storage, and slip rentals are not included.
Redeem points: Simply sign into our Loyalty Program to view your account with point availability. To redeem, simply ask to redeem your points when you are making your in-store purchase. You no longer have to print certificates to redeem points and you must be present to redeem your points. They cannot be redeemed over the phone.
Note that on December 15th of each year the points are reset to zero, so all accumulated points must be used on or before this date. You must be present to redeem points. After the 15th there is no way to get your points back!!
