We operate a large hoist barge with a 10-ton crane — the only operation of its kind on Clear Lake. Whether you need your boat pulled or launched, your cover put on or taken off, or your hoist relocated to a new dock or shoreline, our barge crew handles it with professional equipment and years of experience.
Our barge is on the water from Memorial Day through Labor Day, giving you access to the full range of services all season long — seven days a week.
Shoreline Work
In addition to transporting boat lifts, our barge can be rented to assist with any shoreline work you may need — hot tub & tree transport and more!

Boat In / Out Service
We launch and pull boats directly from the water using our hoist barge. No trailer needed — we handle the lift from start to finish, whether it's for the season or a single service visit.
Cover On / Off
Getting a winter cover on or off a boat in a slip or on a hoist takes the right equipment. Our barge crew handles cover installation and removal efficiently, protecting your investment without the hassle.
Hoist Move to Dock or Shoreline
Our 10-ton crane barge can reposition shoreline hoists and dock-mounted lifts. Whether you're moving to a new slip, relocating your hoist, or installing new equipment, we've got the lift capacity to do it right.
Storage Pickup & Drop-Off
Have your boat picked up from the water for storage, or delivered back to your dock at the start of the season. We coordinate directly with our storage facility to make the transition seamless.
On-Water Cleaning
Our dedicated cleaning and detailing team can service your boat while it's in the slip or on the hoist. Skip the haul-out when a thorough clean is all you need.
In/Out for Service
Need service work done but your boat is in a slip? We'll pull it from the water, bring it to our shop, and return it when the work is complete. Fully handled by our team, start to finish.
