Our Process
The Commissioning Checklist
Every boat and pontoon goes through all ten steps before we consider it ready. No shortcuts, no guesswork.
Battery Test, Charge & Hookup
Battery is tested for health, fully charged, and properly connected before any other systems are checked.
Ignition Check
Engine start sequence verified, key fob and ignition switch tested, and any starting issues identified before launch.
Lights & Gauges
All navigation lights, courtesy lights, and instrument gauges are checked for proper operation.
All Fluid Levels
Engine oil, gear oil, power steering, and hydraulic trim fluid are all inspected and topped off as needed.
Freshwater System Flush
If applicable, the freshwater system is flushed of any antifreeze or residual winterization fluid before the season begins.
Engine & Outdrive Inspection
Visual inspection of the engine compartment, outdrive, bellows, and gimbal bearing for any off-season wear or concerns.
Steering & Shifting Mechanisms
Steering, throttle, and shift cables are inspected for smooth operation. Any stiffness or binding is addressed before delivery.
Drain Plug Installation
Drain plug is properly seated and verified watertight before the boat is launched or loaded onto the trailer for delivery.
Fuel Top-Off Before Delivery
Unless otherwise requested, all delivered units are fueled up before they leave our facility — so your first outing starts full.
Launch, Delivery, or Lot Pickup
We launch for your customer pickup, deliver directly to your hoist, or have your boat ready for lot pickup — whichever works best for you.

Base Rate
Plus shop supplies, disposal fees, and Iowa sales tax. Fuel topped off before delivery unless otherwise requested.

Personal Watercraft

Plus shop supplies, disposal fees, and Iowa sales tax. Fuel topped off before delivery unless otherwise requested.
Full checklist applied to PWCs as applicable by model.
Delivery Rates
Delivered to your hoist or launched for pickup
Customer is responsible for monitoring weather conditions and protecting engines from freeze damage that may occur after spring commissioning.
